You will assume responsibility for an established book of business, delivering high-level tax planning and advisory services, strengthening long-term client relationships, and mentoring our growing

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Strong pass-through taxation experience for partnerships and S-corporations.
• Experience managing client relationships with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Mentoring staff and providing hands-on leadership in a small-firm setting.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with long-term leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to individuals, partnerships, and family-owned businesses.
• Serve as primary advisor for complex individual and pass-through tax needs.
• Grow and maintain an existing book of business through succession planning.
• Work with clients year-round focusing on long-term planning and proactive advice.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff in a small-team setting.
• Support day-to-day operations including staff utilization and project tracking.
