Job summary

EY is recruiting for an unclaimed property consulting role in a hybrid environment. You will engage in client consultations, optimize unclaimed property strategies and support audit defense and compliance initiatives.

You will develop strong client relationships, coach junior practitioners and apply extensive expertise in unclaimed property concepts, with a focus on collaboration and professional growth within a global tax practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience
• CPA certification, US Bar membership or IPT designation
• Experience with compliance, audit defense and consulting for abandoned and unclaimed property
• Performance and process advisory experience in unclaimed property
• Broad exposure to state and local taxation
• Strong managerial, organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills
• Willingness to travel and operate in a balanced hybrid environment
• External client serving roles require in-person collaboration about 60% of the time
