You will lead sophisticated engagements, mentor team members, nurture client relationships, and help clients achieve wealth preservation and legacy planning goals while leveraging AI-enabled tools for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required).
• CPA required with appropriate equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in individuals, trusts & estates with leadership.
• Proficient in advanced MS-Excel functions.
• Strong quantitative analysis and critical thinking.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex tax engagements, including individual, trust, estate, and gift tax returns.
• Provide proactive tax planning and consulting to high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and estates.
• Research and resolve complex tax issues and identify planning opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify value-added services.
• Prepare, review, and sign tax returns and work products with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage engagement workflow, staffing, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Maintain revenue realization targets (90%+), and ensure timely billing (80%+ of beginning WIP).
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Support firm growth through business development and client retention.
• Monitor engagement performance, billing, and profitability.
• Stay current on tax law and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency.
