Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
• Licensed CPA by the Montana State Board of Public Accountants.
• 5+ years’ experience in public or private accounting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of client, staff, and firm operations.
• Oversee completion of tax returns and year-end compilations.
• Manage audits and other complex accounting projects.
• Train, delegate, supervise, and review engagement activities of staff.
• Ensure quality control and lead firm committees/teams.
• Keep up to date with industry, state, and IRS changes.
• Provide transactional support and coordinate delivery of services.
