Job summary

You will collaborate with partners on planning, compliance, and consulting engagements, while shaping the firm’s tax practice and processes for efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep technical expertise in complex tax structures, compliance, and planning.
• Strong leadership and multi-priority management experience.
• Proficiency with tax software such as CCH Axcess or ProSystem fx.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review federal, state, and local tax returns for various entities.
• Lead strategic tax planning and consulting initiatives for clients.
• Manage multiple client relationships and provide proactive advisory services.
• Mentor and develop a team of tax professionals.
• Research evolving tax laws to identify implications and opportunities.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to improve processes and client service.
• Support business development and strategic firm initiatives.
