The base salary ranges from $140,000 to $175,000 per year. A CPA license and 10+ years in public accounting are required, with at least 3 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; Master's degree in Tax a plus.
• CPA designation required.
• 10+ years of tax experience in public accounting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Direct responsibility for reviewing and signing federal and multi-state tax returns
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client relationship skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technologies

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a small tax team.
• Review and sign federal and multi-state tax returns.
• Partner with Tax Partners and Senior Managers on strategic tax planning.
• Develop staff and maintain trusted client relationships.
