The role oversees client portfolios, delivers strategic tax insights, and helps drive firm growth with an eye toward work-life balance in a regional/international practice.

The ideal candidate has CPA licensure and 8+ years in public accounting taxation, with strong leadership and communication skills to navigate multi-state and international matters.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required with strong expertise in taxation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• 8+ years of progressive public accounting taxation experience.
• Leadership skills with mentoring experience and client focus.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, multi-state, and international tax matters.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: identify complex tax issues and drive data‑driven solutions.
• Client portfolio management: own relationships and provide forward‑looking insights.
• Complex tax advisory: conduct high‑level research and draft memos for internal/external use.
• Team development & mentorship: supervise and train staff and seniors.
• Business development & community engagement: expand client base and represent the firm.
