• US CPA or equivalent is required.

• Guide and manage team members to ensure timely and precise completion of tasks.

• Review associates' work and provide feedback, guidance, and training to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Conduct tax research on complex issues and handle IRS/auditing correspondence.
