Qualifications

• CPA license is required.
• 8-10+ years of public accounting experience focused on taxation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff across tax engagements, providing leadership and supervision.
• Review complex tax returns for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Build and manage client relationships, offering strategic guidance.
• Develop tailored tax strategies in collaboration with clients and leadership.
• Mentor and coach staff to improve performance.
