Responsibilities

• Provide final technical review on tax engagements and related documents.
• Research complex tax issues and prepare well-supported recommendations.
• Stay current with changes in tax laws and accounting procedures.
• Plan, schedule, and manage client engagements to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate directly with clients to prioritize needs and interests.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff, manage budgets, and foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee billing, WIP monitoring, aging, and write-downs.
• Participate in in-house CPE and staff development programs.
