Qualifications

• Comprehensive tax expertise across individual, corporate, partnership, and other entity filings.
• CPA license strongly preferred; degree in Accounting/Taxation.
• 10+ years in public accounting or tax firms, with leadership of engagements.
• Proficiency with tax software; Lacerte experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex tax engagements including planning, compliance and prep.
• Review tax returns and interpret tax law for clients.
• Advise on tax strategies and ensure timely filings.
• Mentor tax staff and manage engagement workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and client service.
• Keep knowledge current on tax regulations and tech-enabled efficiencies.
