As a Senior Tax Manager in Joplin, you will lead complex tax engagements, mentor a tax team, and develop client relationships while aligning with firm growth objectives and a clear path to Principal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in a public accounting environment.
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and leading client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax engagements from planning through execution.
• Review complex individual, partnership, and corporate returns.
• Mentor and develop tax staff and managers.
• Develop client relationships and drive practice growth.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and deadlines.
• Collaborate with leadership on operations and growth.
