W3Global in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to lead engagements for high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses. Flexible work environment with remote and hybrid options and significant client interaction.

You will oversee complex returns, planning, research, and mentoring, while delivering high-quality tax planning and compliance. CPA or EA required, 5-7+ years public accounting tax experience, strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent designation.
• 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience, with Senior Manager level exposure.
• Strong technical tax expertise and ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, estates, and S corporations.
• Lead tax engagements from planning through completion with timely delivery.
• Provide tax planning, research, and consulting for high-net-worth clients and closely held businesses.
• Advise on estate planning, charitable giving, and tax-efficient structures.
• Develop client relationships and supervise staff with technical guidance.
