The ideal candidate thrives on accuracy, communication, and client service, and is ready to grow with a full-time, in-person role. Responsibilities include preparing federal/state filings, reviewing statements, and supporting tax planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounting and tax required.
• Extensive experience preparing Individual, Corporate and Partnership returns.
• CPA license is required and highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state returns for individuals and businesses.
• Review financial statements and prepare adjusting entries as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Prepare quarterly tax estimates and year-end projections.
• Assist with tax planning for new and existing clients.
• Research and analyze tax positions for return preparation.
• Frequent communication with the IRS.
