You will review returns, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and participate in business development, with in-office or hybrid work and a collaborative culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA license or EA certification.
• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience including gift, trust and estate returns.
• Expertise in transfer tax and estate planning.
• Experience with flow-through entities and private foundations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong multi-tasking and deadline-driven.
• Business development and networking experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review gift, estate and fiduciary tax returns.
• Ensure timely and compliant filing under firm processes.
• Coach and mentor staff.
• Interpret and review legal documents related to estate planning.
• Assist clients with varying levels of estate planning knowledge.
• Analyze tax situations to maximize benefits.
• Develop planning processes based on cash flow and estate plans.
• Manage client relationships and seek value-adding solutions.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Collaborate with Wealth Transition Services team on projects.
