Sierra Forensic Group is seeking an experienced US Tax Manager to oversee the Tax Services practice. This hands-on working manager role combines tax return preparation, technical review, client management, staff supervision, and practice operations.

You will balance production with management responsibilities, allocating work based on complexity and staff capacity to ensure timely, accurate tax deliverables for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on tax preparation and review experience is required.
• Experience with partnerships, S corporations, multi-state taxation.

Responsibilities

• Personally prepare and review complex federal, state, and local returns.
• Direct staff on tax engagements and allocate work by complexity and workload.
• Review staff work and provide timely feedback to ensure quality.
• Train staff on tax procedures, technology, and SFG processes.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure positions are well-supported.
