Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in public accounting required.
• CPA, EA, or equivalent certification preferred; eligibility to sit for either exam required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ownership of complex engagements.
• Develop staff, train, and provide guidance on engagements.
• supervise staff performance and staffing strategy.
• Develop business and expand services for existing clients.
• Commit to hours 55 during busy season; 40-45 during non-busy season.
• All other duties as assigned.
