The successful candidate will possess a CPA, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and 5–10 years in public accounting tax, plus strong communication skills. Salary is up to $140k plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• Master’s in Accounting or Tax is preferred.
• 5–10 years of public accounting experience in a tax environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tax and advisory services for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations.
• Provide exceptional client service and leadership in managing client relationships.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
• Lead, mentor, and develop tax staff to improve skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, CFOs, and Controllers.
• Review and improve tax procedures to increase efficiency and quality.
• Manage multiple projects and engagement teams across diverse clients.
