The role includes supervising staff, contributing to leadership initiatives, and driving business development while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering value on complex tax matters.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of tax experience or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, research and communication skills.
• Executive presence and ability to lead client conversations.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax implications of business objections and strategies to minimize tax burdens.
• Lead, review, and supervise tax compliance work and ASC 740/FAS 109 considerations.
• Develop and communicate tax strategies, risk assessments, and resolutions to clients.
• Mentor and manage tax professionals; participate in business development and client relations.
