Talent Acquisition Specialist | Aimic Inc.

Our Senior Tax Director will be charged with leading the tax department and collaborating with the financial advisors for client tax optimization. This role will be primarily responsible for providing tax preparation and filing services for our individual clients, businesses, trusts, and estates. Previous professional experience in personal tax filings is required. The ideal candidate will also manage all aspects of our internal financial operations and accounting, prepare and oversee the preparation of client tax returns, and provide tax planning and strategy research. This role also involves offering financial advisory and planning services as time allows. This position does NOT require the CPA to acquire new business for the firm but has the opportunity for revenue sharing if the CPA brings over current or future relationships.

Qualifications

• Active CPA designations with the state of North Carolina or reciprocity state.
• Extensive experience in tax planning, preparation, and tax strategy. 10+ Years experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in financial and accounting software.
• Our current tech stack includes CCH Axcess, QuickBooks, SafeSend, Bill.com, Excel, and Canopy. We also operate off of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of services.
