Distinct | North America in Wakefield, MA is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a public accounting firm that values work-life balance year-round. You’ll work during busy season but capped at 50–55 hours, with 40 hours outside this period, while building strong relationships with clients and specializing in HNW and fiduciary returns.

In this industry everyone knows you've gotta work hard during busy season, but there is a difference between working harder than usual Feb through April, and having go so far past the point of burnout you can barely function, let along do your best work.

If you join this public accounting firm in Wakefield your work-life balance will be respected ALL YEAR ROUND. Of course you will have to work more hours during busy season, but we’re talking 50-55 MAXIMUM and outside of this you’ll work 40 hours.
