HORNE International, Inc. is seeking a Tax Senior Manager in Scottsdale, AZ, to lead tax compliance and advisory functions while supporting strategic business objectives. This role requires a strong accounting background, CPA certification, and experience managing tax professionals to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize tax positions.

The Tax Senior Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of tax compliance, planning, and advisory functions across the organization. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations while driving the development of tax-efficient strategies that support overall business objectives. Acting as a key advisor to senior leadership, the Tax Senior Manager plays an integral role in shaping the company's tax position and supporting long-term financial goals.
This position involves managing a team of tax professionals, fostering their development, and collaborating across departments to maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in all tax-related operations.
