Our client, a local CPA firm in Portland, OR, is seeking a Tax Senior Manager. This role has opportunity for growth into partnership if desired!

Compensation for this role is $150,000 - 200,000 base per year.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Proficiency in preparing and/or reviewing Compilations & Reviews.
• Expertise in preparing and/or reviewing Individual & Business Tax Returns for high-net-worth individuals and complex business clients.
• Up-to-date knowledge of tax law changes and strong communication skills with both clients and team members.
• Ability to foster relationships within the team, mentoring and collaborating with others.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• Proven experience managing high-level client engagements in public accounting, overseeing all phases from planning to delivery.
• Commitment to exceptional client service, problem-solving, continuous learning, and development.
• Familiarity with Thomson Reuters Software (UltraTax, Fixed Asset CS, Accounting CS, etc.) is a plus but not required.
