• Provide final technical review on tax returns and supporting documents.
• Research complex tax issues and prepare effective resolutions.
• Plan, schedule, and manage client engagements for timely completion.
• Lead and support staff by providing resources and setting objectives.
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure their needs and best interests are fully supported.

• Oversee quality control and evaluate staff performance.
• Assign, track, and manage tasks and projects delegated to staff and supervisors.
