Senior Tax Manager, Review Focused | Dallas, TX | $160,000 to $180,000

Senior Manager pay of $160,000 to $180,000, without your evenings going on returns someone more junior should be preparing. In this Dallas role your week is review, oversight and the complex work, and you help decide where a fast growing practice goes next.

An independent CPA firm of around 50 people, with a tax practice that's grown 20 percent a year for three years running, needs a senior tax professional to own complex work and raise the bar on review. A group growing this fast doesn't need someone to keep pace. It needs someone to help steer.

Coming from a larger firm, you get far more visibility and influence. Coming from a local or regional firm, you join a tax group that's growing and needs experienced people to carry it forward.
