Carrying Senior Manager responsibility, but with no say in where the practice goes? At this Dallas firm your week is review, oversight and the complex work, and you help steer a tax group that's grown 20 percent a year for three years running. $175,000 to $220,000 + 20% Bonus, hybrid.

It's an independent CPA firm of around 50 people. The tax practice is growing quickly and needs a senior tax professional to own the complex work, raise the bar on review, and have a real voice in what comes next.

Coming from a larger firm, you get far more visibility and influence. Coming from a local or regional firm, you join a tax group with momentum that needs experienced people to carry it forward.
