Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for a varied client portfolio.
• Oversee and review complex federal, state, and local income tax returns and workpapers.
• Act as a strategic advisor, understanding client business objectives and offering tailored solutions.
• Forge and sustain relationships with client executives, business owners, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client engagements, including planning, staffing, budgeting, timelines, deliverables, and profitability.
• Support firm growth through proactive client service and strategic guidance.
• Contribute to business development through networking, proposals, and identifying new service opportunities.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff Accountants.
• Stay abreast of tax law changes through continuous learning and professional involvement.
• Reinforce the firm’s strategic objectives and commitment to exceptional client service.
