• Forge and sustain relationships with client executives, business owners and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client engagements with focus on planning, staffing, budgeting, timelines, and profitability.
• Drive firm growth through proactive client service and strategic guidance.
• Contribute to business development through networking, proposals, and identifying opportunities.
• Mentor and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff Accountants to foster collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for a varied client portfolio, including both business and individual clients.

Position Requirements:

• Active CPA license is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive tax experience in a public accounting environment.
