Leoforce, based in Columbus, OH, is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead and oversee all phases of tax engagements. You will plan, prepare, review, advise clients, and manage a team to deliver outstanding tax services.

The ideal candidate will be technically strong, client-focused, highly organized, and energized by leading teams while driving growth of our tax practice. Active CPA license and 5–7+ years in public accounting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Active CPA license is required.
• 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax matters.
• Experience reviewing complex business and individual returns.
• Experience supervising and mentoring staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee all phases of tax engagements: planning, preparation, review, client advisory, and team leadership.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients while managing multiple engagements.
• Mentor and supervise staff to develop tax expertise and service delivery.
• Contribute to growth of the tax practice through business development and high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate tax responses.

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead and oversee all phases of tax engagements, including planning, preparation, review, client advisory, and team leadership. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while managing multiple engagements, mentoring staff, and contributing to the continued growth of the tax practice.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, client-focused, highly organized, and energized by leading teams while delivering exceptional service.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Active American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) license
• 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax matters
• Experience reviewing complex business and individual returns
• Strong tax research capabilities
• Prior experience supervising and mentoring staff
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred:

• Experience with multi-entity and closely held business clients
• Exposure to multiple industries and complex tax structures
• Experience with modern tax software and workflow systems
