Compensation: $160,000–$175,000 base + bonus

We’re partnering with a global investment platform to identify a Senior Tax Manager to lead strategic tax initiatives across multiple investment structures and funds. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a subject matter expert on real estate tax matters, manage investor communications, and advise on investment structures, transactions, and reporting matters.

You’ll support the firm’s investment strategy while working with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring tax efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on tax implications of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and restructurings.
• Partner with internal legal, accounting, and investment teams to manage risk and maintain tax compliance.
• Support ongoing improvements in tax processes and technology.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of tax experience, with a strong foundation in real estate, either from public accounting or a real estate investment firm.
• Deep knowledge of partnership tax, REIT structures, and U.S. federal and state tax implications.
• CPA or JD preferred.
