Addison Group has partnered with a rapidly growing global leader to find a Senior Tax Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams such as Controllership, Treasury, and Legal. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled at communicating complex tax matters, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tax provision calculations in accordance with relevant accounting standards, ensuring accuracy in key tax metrics.
• Prepare technical documentation on complex tax matters to determine appropriate reporting and treatment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and financial disclosures.
• Support senior leadership in M&A activities, including planning, structuring, and post-transaction integration.
• Oversee compliance with tax laws at the federal, state, and local levels, and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
• Continuously assess and enhance tax processes to align with company growth and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience with tax provisions (ASC 740) and US GAAP tax compliance.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local corporate and partnership tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and tax software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
