This role will oversee compliance and advisory work across multiple entity types while providing leadership to staff and serving as a key resource to partners. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills and the ability to guide both clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns across a range of entities (individual, partnership, corporate, trust, etc.)

• Serve as a primary contact for clients and deliver proactive tax planning and advisory guidance

• Identify and address tax issues; research and communicate findings

• Lead, mentor, and develop tax staff and managers

• Manage multiple engagements, workflows, and deadlines simultaneously

• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and firm standards

• Support business development, client expansion, and firm initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• CPA required
