Jobot is seeking a Tax M&A Attorney in Wayne, PA to independently manage tax components of corporate transactions and advise clients on complex tax issues in a collaborative law firm environment.

You will work closely with corporate and transactional attorneys on sophisticated deals, with opportunities to shape the firm’s tax practice and grow your own client base in a supportive, partnership-driven setting.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required.
• Minimum 4–8+ years of experience in tax law with a meaningful focus on M&A transactions.
• Ability to independently manage the tax side of M&A deals from initial structuring through closing.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
