Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting.
• Experience with individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and tax preparation software.
• Proven ability to review and supervise staff work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, and nonprofit tax returns.
• Conduct thorough reviews of staff-prepared returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Research and resolve complex tax issues and provide guidance to clients and team members.
• Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients.
• Collaborate with senior staff and partners to identify process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
