GreenKey Solar Llc is seeking a Senior Tax Equity Associate to advance clean energy finance. You will own tax credit transfer workstreams and manage deal structuring within a lean team, coordinating with legal, tax, and financing partners to close transactions at scale.

Qualificações

• 3–6 years in structured finance or tax credit transactions in renewable energy.
• Familiarity with pass-through taxation and tax planning for partnerships.
• Experience modeling 704(b) capital accounts and 704(d) loss limitation rules.
• Knowledge of IRC 48/48E and ITC transferability under IRA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple active transactions.
• Comfortable in a lean team environment with ownership and initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across partners.
• A genuine interest in renewable energy and climate solutions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end execution of tax credit transfer agreements, including buyer sourcing and closing logistics.
• Support structured financing transactions by managing diligence workstreams and tracking items.
• Lead diligence calls and delegate requests to internal/external team members.
• Maintain closing trackers, virtual data rooms, and transaction timelines across active projects.
• Collaborate with the Project Finance Analyst on closing-related tasks.
