We seek a senior federal income tax consultant with extensive experience in accounting methods, partnerships, and M&A tax structuring. The role offers hybrid work in New York and across geographies, with collaboration across disciplines and a track record of delivering client-focused advisory services.

Formación

• CPA, JD or LL.M (Tax) required.
• 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience.
• Experience with national tax office work, accounting methods, or operating partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Research and analyze various federal income tax issues in connection with but not limited to: accounting methods, operating partnerships, LLCs and more
• Assist with M&A tax structuring, and internal restructuring
• Draft emails and memos
• Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments
• Assist with Firm-wide trainings
