You will underwrite proposals, prepare internal investment memos, and coordinate with Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely closing.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of underwriting experience, with strong financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 5 years relevant underwriting experience.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience reviewing cash flows, projections, and tax credit documents.

Responsabilités

• Originate and analyze due diligence for new investments.
• Underwrite and draft internal investment memos.
• Coordinate with Relationship Manager, Credit Administration, and legal teams through screening, approval, and closing.
• Review term sheets and operating agreements; ensure regulatory compliance.
