Job summary

Tech Solutions LA Inc. is seeking an experienced CPA to lead complex tax engagements, provide senior-level technical review, and manage key client relationships.

This hybrid, full-time role requires hands-on leadership, accountability for quality, and strong staff development across a California-based practice. The ideal candidate should have extensive federal and California tax expertise, experience with individual and business taxation, and a proven ability to manage engagements from planning

Qualifications

• Active CPA license is required.
• 8–10 years of recent public accounting experience.
• Extensive federal and California tax experience.
• Strong experience with individual and business taxation.
• Significant experience preparing and reviewing Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S.
• Experience reviewing complex returns prepared by other professionals.
• Ability to independently research and resolve complex tax matters.
• Experience managing tax engagements from planning through completion.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing professional staff.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a primarily remote environment.
• Must reside in Southern California within reasonable traveling distance of West Los Angeles and West Hollywood.
• Willingness to attend in-person meetings when required.
