Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, with an active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video and audio tools professionally and confidently.

• Internet connection meeting security criteria (must have or be willing to obtain).
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week across three or more days.
