Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Tax Compliance professional in the Wealth & Asset Management sector to deliver tax compliance solutions for hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equity funds. You’ll collaborate with Managers through Partners on domestic and international tax matters within a global financial services framework.

You’ll analyze tax provisions, implement procedures, and help coordinate junior staff while meeting client needs and regulatory requirements in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant experience in the financial services industry.
• CPA license or a licensed attorney is required or the ability to achieve one of these certifications.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry gained through direct involvement with managed investment vehicles.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation and exposure to state and local tax.
• Demonstrated expertise in tax compliance and reporting requirements.

• Support the development of governance and compliance frameworks.
• Provide tax compliance and reporting support, including tax provision and reform calculations.
