Qualifications

• Successful completion of background screening, including criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Provide federal and state tax advice to businesses, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Provide tax support for mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Counsel clients on entity formation and pass-through taxation.
• Address multistate tax issues and collaborate with attorneys across practice groups.
