Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced tax and transactional attorney to join our Devon, PA office. You will advise clients on federal and Pennsylvania tax implications arising from business transactions and entity structures, structure and negotiate agreements, and counsel pass-through entities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of tax and transactional law experience, an active Pennsylvania license, strong legal writing, and a proven client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax and transactional law experience

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on federal and Pennsylvania tax implications arising from business transactions and entity structures
• Structure, draft, and negotiate transactional and organizational agreements
• Counsel partnerships, LLCs, S corporations, and other pass-through entities
• Demonstrate excellent legal writing, client communication, and commercial judgment
