What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, along with an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities and commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally, friendly, and confidently via video and audio tools.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria (must have or be willing to obtain).
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread over three or more days.

What You Will Do

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role involving interactions via state-of-the-art video communication software, with documentation of interactions for accurate records.
