Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, along with an active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation, committed to delighting customers and empowering them.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video and audio tools professionally and confidently.

• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week across three or more days.
