Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video and audio tools professionally and confidently.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting security criteria or willingness to obtain one.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread over three or more days.

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role utilizing state-of-the-art video communication software, with documentation of interactions for records.
