Qualifications

• 3 years in a Tax Associate level role or equivalent.
• Experience preparing individual, fiduciary, gift, and/or business tax returns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with Tax and client service teams.
• Proactive, accountable, and motivated self-starter with a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive tax compliance and consulting for clients.
• Prepare and review estimated tax projections and Roth conversions.
• Respond to IRS and state tax notices and audits.
• Identify tax issues and exercise judgment in resolutions.
• Present tax strategies to clients in formal and informal settings.
• Mentor and train Tax Associates; support practice development.
