Job summary

Aprio’s Tax team is seeking a Senior Associate to support tax planning, consulting and compliance for middle to large clients. You will collaborate with partners on innovative strategies and build client relationships in a fast-growing firm.

The role emphasizes tax research, accuracy and timely delivery, with limited travel. A 4-year accounting degree and CPA certification are typical prerequisites; real estate tax experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Recent work experience with an accounting firm.
• 3–5 years of federal tax consulting and/or compliance in public accounting.
• Real Estate focus preferred.
• Experience in Corporate, S-Corp and/or Partnership returns.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with tax software and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Interact closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting and compliance services.
• Work closely with partners on delivering innovative tax planning strategies.
• Expect minimal to no travel required.
