You will prepare tax returns, collaborate with wealth transition teams, gather information from clients, and ensure accurate filings while staying current with tax regulations. Requires Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA (or pursuing), and 3+ years in public accounting tax.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license (or pursuing) required.
• Minimum 3 years public accounting tax experience, including experience with gift, trust and estate tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fiduciary, estate, and gift tax returns by required deadlines.
• Working with the tax and wealth transition team to ensure the various components of the tax process are performed.
• Working with the national Wealth Transition Services team on various projects.
• Working with clients to gather relevant tax-related information for accurate tax returns.
• Analyzing the tax situation from multiple angles to maximize tax benefit.
• Attending professional development and training seminars regularly.
• Interacting with staff, clients, and external contacts.
