Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or EA (Enrolled Agent) certification.
• Tax compliance experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate and public accounting experience.
• Experience preparing individual tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns, including related research as needed.
• Review tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct tax research and resolve client inquiries and complex tax issues.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to support client decision-making.
• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and support the development of junior staff members.
• Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and industry trends through ongoing learning.
