Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred).
2–4 years public accounting tax experience.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws.
Proficiency with tax software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
Conduct tax research and stay current with tax laws and regulations.
Provide tax planning and consulting services.
Supervise junior tax staff; offer mentorship.
Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide solutions.
Collaborate with other departments for full client service.
Participate in continuing education and professional development.
